Bruce and team were knowledgeable, responsive, and flexible as we worked through the process of getting our heat pump installed. They were helpful and explained the steps along the way, from energy audit results through to installation. They responded to questions quickly and helped us understand the details of our new equipment. Our home is comfortable and we are delighted to have our new heat pump.

I wanted to remove a gas furnace and AC system and replace fully with an electric heat pump unit. Imperial was one of the only places that I found that was experienced with cold climate heat pumps. They were honest and didn’t mislead explaining that economically I would not recoup the dollar investment relative to a gas furnace, but understood the strong advantage from a carbon footprint perspective. Most other HVAC companies did not seem educated on why clients might want cold climate heat pumps, and tried to convince me to just get another gas furnace.

Great company. Bruce, Norman, Mohsen and Ehsan were all very knowledgable and helpful. We just installed with a Greener Homes Loan, a hybrid heat pump for the main floor and three separate cold climate heat pumps (on a different condenser) for our office on the third floor of an old well insulated home. They work really well and so far we are off of gas!I am giving 5 stars because the installation, the product and the people were fantastic.I would like them to work on how they coordinate scheduling and payment processes better. I think they are busy and could use someone with coordinating skills. I also think the payment process needs to be addressed. Not very many people can pay a large sum of money outright to cover the Greener Homes Loan. Maybe Greener Homes Loan needs to make this process more feasible for home owners so it is easier.

I have only had the best honest experiences with Imperial Energy.In July they put in a new replacement furnace. They arrived on time on the installation date. As promised they completed the installation of the unit in 1 day.The job site was left spotless.They have assisted in other issues in the past few months always in short order. Their salesman Bruce is a dream to work with and their technicians knowledgeable and efficient.

This company has been great to work with. They helped me install a water tank and furnace with condenser and everything is going great so far. Norman has been great and offered great solutions for me. Mohsen and Ehsan did a great job installing my furnace and condenser. I would definitely recommend this company and would consider them for any HVAC job.
